When are my tickets posted?

Tickets purchased up to seven days prior to the event are posted out second class, usually on the day of your booking. Tickets purchased within seven days of the event are held at the Box Office for collection any time prior to the concert.

Can I reserve tickets in advance and pay on the day?

We can take reservations for some concerts as long as tickets are paid for in full six weeks before the concert date.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes. Coats and personal items may be left at the cloakroom at a charge of £1 per item.

When do the doors to the auditorium open?

The auditorium doors open 30 minutes before the performance starts.

I’ve lost my tickets. What do I do?

Please call the Box Office on 020 7730 4500. We keep a record of all ticket transactions and will be able to help.

I’m unable to attend a performance for which I have booked tickets?
What should I do?

What should I wear?

There is no dress code for Cadogan Hall. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

Can I film the performance?

No. Cameras, video recorders, or indeed any audio or visual recording devices are strictly prohibited. Please ensure all mobile phones and pagers are switched off during the performance.

Can I bring my own refreshments?

No. The Oakley Bar and Café is available for food and refreshments pre-concert and during the interval.

What happens if I’m late?

Latecomers will be permitted to enter the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance. This can vary from performance to performance.

Can I smoke?

No, Cadogan Hall is a non-smoking venue.

My details have changed. How can I update them?

Please Sign In to our website, and there in My Account you can change your email, password, addresses and preferences. Ensure you click the ‘Save’ button once you’re done. Alternatively call the Box Office on 020 7730 4500.

I’m trying to log on to your website, but I’ve forgotten my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, please go to the Sign In page, and click the ‘Forgotten your password’ link. A new password will be emailed to you. (Please ensure you copy and paste the new password to avoid errors typing it manually, and do not include any spaces.)

What happens if a concert is cancelled?

Occasionally events are cancelled due to unexpected circumstances. In most cases a full refund is issued. Other times, when there is an alternative performance, exchange of tickets will be offered, and in some cases other rules apply. In the event of a cancellation the Box Office will make every effort to contact you with the details you provided when booking.
