This concert is the culmination of an afternoon masterclass by Pinchas Zukerman tutoring RCM Rising Stars in these two spectacular chamber works.

Mozart’s String Quintet revived the composer’s interest in chamber music after his premiere of The Marriage of Figaro, and purely written for a friendly get together with his friends, Schubert’s Trout Quintet is a remarkable and melodious work.
